SvN Architects + Planners is looking for  Revit-capable Senior Architects with experience in multi-residential and/or mixed-use design for a number of unique interdisciplinary projects. This position is both design and technically focused, requiring an individual who can synthesize strong design intent with technical resolution.


The anticipated focus of this role over the next two-year horizon is Transit Oriented Development Design. In this role, the mission would be to lead a small team of architects and planners in delivering an innovative development concept, integrated with a new subway station. Successfully coordinate with internal and external counterparts and stakeholders including: Station Architects, Landscape Architects, technical consultant team, public and private stakeholders and contribute to project framework development. As a senior team member, part of the role would be managing and mentoring younger team members.

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years of experience;
  • Experience in leading early phases of design for mixed-use projects;
  • Solid technical understanding of building construction including experience in high-rise mixed-use buildings;
  • Experience in P3 projects an asset;
  • Experience in multiple typologies an asset;
  • Exceptional design, communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Experience in Revit.
