SvN Architects + Planners

SVN Architects + Planners is looking for Revit-capable Intermediate Architects, preferably with with experience in multi-residential design, for a number of unique architectural projects. This position is both design and technically focused, requiring individuals who can synthesize strong design intent with technical resolution.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience;
• Experience in multiple typologies an asset;
• Exceptional design, communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
• Strong in Revit;
• Technical understanding of building construction detailing including experience in mid-rise and high-rise mixed-use buildings an asset;
• Project management experience an asset.

Our bright, airy suite of offices is at 110 Adelaide Street East, near the St. Lawrence market in downtown Toronto. During the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we have transitioned to a virtual work environment but are looking forward to returning to our office, while also embracing the new hybrid work environment.
